These
plans provide a single Username and Password for access to the Internet via a modem. They are ideal for the home user,
student, home office and small business. Of course they aren't restricted and may be used by Business, Corporate
and Government users as well.
Email Box:
All of our connection plans include an Email account and email box. This is used to send and receive email between
you and other Internet users around the world. Email is super fast and very cost effective. For example, you can send
a message from Brisbane and have it delivered to a mailbox in London or New York in a matter of seconds. You can also
attach other documents to your letters, such as family photos and the like. You can also create your own stationery
and display your email and web address (see next section) on it.
Homepage:
As a member of Bullet Internet you are allocated 5Mb of hard disk storage space on our servers. It is here that you are
able to post your own Home Page. This you can create yourself (using a simple language called HTML) or you can have
someone design it for you. Once you have your home page posted, you can then publish it on your business
letterhead etc. Your Bullet Internet address would look like http://www.bulletinternet.net/~username. You can also add your
name to the Bullet Internet Members Directory if you wish.
Low modem ratios:

prides itself on ensuring members are able to access our services when they want to. By maintaining low modem
to user ratios we ensure busy signals are kept to an absolute minimum. All bulletinternet.net POP's support modem speeds
up to 56k V90.

We have provided user friendly technical support pages on our site which detail most of the issues our members
will encounter. We also provide telephone technical support during the following hours while email assistance is
also available.

Plan Flexiblity:
One of bulletinternet.net's
unique services is our On Hold Facility. This is ideal when you are going on holidays or won't
require Internet access for an extended period. Members simply advise us when they wish to put their account on hold
and when they would like to release it. Our system then extends the due date by the term of the on hold period.
Plan Upgrades:
Monthly users can upgrade to a higher level any time during the month. At the end of any billing period, they
can also upgrade to a 6 or 12 monthly plan or down grade to a lower monthly plan. Yearly customers can upgrade during
the year, but are unable to down grade.
We recommend new members try a monthly plan or buy a block of hours first. Then once they have been connected for
a while and have established their usage pattern, they are able to upgrade it to a yearly plan or purchase a larger block
of time.
Comprehensive Accounting:
Members are able to obtain detailed usage statistics on a per call basis from our web site. While we can mail and fax invoices etc to you, our systems are designed to deliver all correspondence and notices via email. Invoices and receipts are sent via this method and members will be supplied with an account statement on request.
Overflow:

block time plans were designed so that account. s are automatically suspended once members have used all their allocated time. This provides a great way for you to budget your Internet costs.
With our monthly connection plans, excess time over that nominated will be charged $1.75 per hour on a pro rata
basis (even our excess time is only charged at $0.03c per minute).
BackUp:
bulletinternet.net regularly backs up members' information and email. In the event of an equipment failure, bulletinternet.net will
restore from the most recent-reliable backup ensuring any information loss is kept to a minimum.
High Speed Connection
bulletinternet.net operates multiple 10 Mb connections direct to the Internet backbone. In this way, we can supply great
bandwidth and superior speed.
Security:
bulletinternet.net have implemented strict security procedures, which are designed to ensure that member's confidential information remains so. Our network is separated into multiple segments, which ensure security between areas while
all accounting information (including user payment details) is processed on a separate network, which is physically
inaccessible from the Internet.
