We also appreciate our members needs may change from time to time and allow migration between plans so that users are able to maximize the access time they get for their outlay.

Another of our unique services is our on hold facility which is ideal when you are going on holidays and do not require internet access for an extended period. Members may simply advise us when they wish to put their account on hold and when they would like to release it. Our system then extends the due date by the term of the on hold period.

Monthly Plans

With our monthly subscription plans, hours not used within each month do not carry over to the following month. Excess time used over the plan's allocation is charged at the rate of $1.92/hour on a pro rata basis.

Special conditions apply to our Unlimited Hours/Month plan: While we do not restrict dial-up access, there is a download limit of 200 megabytes delivered to your computer each month, additional data is charged at 22c/megabyte. After a login of 3 hours you will be automatically disconnected by our system - you may dial back in immediately.

Block Plans

Our Block Time Plans are just like putting petrol into the fuel tank of your car. You buy the time you think you will use within a certain period, use it up as and when you wish (all timing is done by the minute) simply fill it up again when it gets low. This is a great way of buying access time if you aren’t a regular Internet user, or are not sure how long you will actually want to be connected.
