All withdrawals in Phoenician Grand will be processed within 48 hours of your request, the time frame for receiving your winnings may vary depending on the payment option you choose and these are listed under each option below.
If you use a credit card to make deposits, we will firstly process any withdrawal by refunding your intial deposit back to your credit card if possible. Any amount that cannot be refunded back to your credit card can be forwarded to you by any of the following methods:

Visa and Mastercard
If you have used your Visa Card to make a deposit then we may well be able to refund your winnings back to your card. Unfortunately this will not be possible for Mastercard transactions. With all withdrawals Grand Phoenician will refund as much as possible back to your Visa Card first before applying your preferred payment preference. Payments back to your credit card will take 1-2 days from the time that it is processed.

Our check processing time is very fast. Once we have processed your withdrawal request we strive to have that check delivered within 5 days. This may take a day longer outside the USA.
