Why do I need to download?
In order to have the best playing experience, it is best to download the games to your PC. This works similarly to installing a game or software you purchase from a store. The Phoenician Grand software you download then talks directly to the gaming servers while you are playing. This ensures fast, secure gameplay.
Is downloading your software safe?
Yes, as we are a very large operation. We also include an Uninstall module which completely removes the software if you which to do so. We simply supply the software download to your PC; we do not alter, remove, or change in anyway any settings or information you have on your PC
How long does the download process take?
For cable and ADSL connections, downloading usually does not take longer than 2 minutes. The average download time, using a standard 56Kbs modem, is 12-15 minutes.
What's the name of the downloaded setup program?
You should see a file on your desktop named "phoeniciandownload.exe". Simply double-click the file and the installation wizard will guide you through the entire installation process.

What currencies do you accept?
All wagering is in US dollars; however, you may make a deposit with us in any currency, and we will convert it to $US at the current true bank exchange rate.
How do I withdraw my winnings?
You must exit the game and enter the Cashier section of the Phoenician Grand's lobby. From the Cashier you can initiate a withdrawal.
After my withdrawal, how long will it take for me to receive my money?
NETeller withdrawals are processed the same day. For credit card redemptions, your money is generally credited back to your credit card within 5 days. For FedEx/overnight express check withdrawals, you can generally expect approval within 2-3 business days, and depending on international delivery, another 2-4 days for arrival. Our general policy is to process your withdrawal request the day we get it. Wire Transfers take up to 3 days to process. Pre-paid ATM will generally process back to your card within 2-3 days.
How do I receive my money?
The method of withdrawal you choose determines how your money will arrive. Deposits from a credit card are returned back to your credit card whenever possible, and your winnings will be sent by the method you prefer. Some methods may require you to have an account with them, such as NETeller, or to have a card, such as Pre-paid ATM.
