TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By playing at The Casino, you represent and warrant that you fully understand and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
A player must first register an account within the casino software to become a casino player.
It is the responsibility of each Player when registering to provide The Casino with their true and correct details on the site registration form.
It is the responsibility of each Player when registering to notify The Casino immediately on any change of their registration details
A player found to be registered with an inappropriate or offensive name or, having submitted false or misleading registration details at the Site may be suspended and/or excluded from further play. If the account is suspended The Casino at its discretion may close the account permanently and remove it from any such competition/s and deny any payments due.
All Players must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible to register with The Casino and play as a Real or Guest user, and to qualify for any prizes. The placement of any bets by minors is an offence. The giving of any false particulars to The Casino in relation to age, name and address also constitutes an offence.
A player agrees to receive any email activity from The Casino upon downloading the casino games, unless the player advises otherwise.
The Casino customer information policy is that any sensitive Player information disclosed by the Player to The Casino will not be sold or distributed to a third party. Sensitive Information may include: Players full name, Address, Email Address, Date of Birth, Account and credit card details and any details recorded on identification documentation.
A Player may request to be excluded from the Site at anytime
The Casino will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided by the Player that may result in a Player not receiving their withdrawn funds.
The Casino may in its absolute discretion permanently exclude a Player from the Site, and pay the balance of the Players' account to the Player.
The Casino may place a stop payment on any check that is to be issued to a Player or temporarily place a block on a Player's account if it considers that payment of the check or continuance of the account is affected by suspicious activity or constitutes an offence at law.
The Casino has the right to withhold any prize from a Player if it finds that the Player's registration details are false or misleading.
It is the responsibility of each Player to keep their personal Account Number and Password confidential. The Casino is not liable for a Player's account that has been used without the authority of the registered user, as a result of disclosing their Account Number and Password.
Winnings are subject to The Casino verification procedures before payment. The Casino may charge a nominal fee for processing.
The Casino will, at their discretion, request identification from a player to ensure validity of registration details before winnings will be paid.
Players may request a withdrawal from their account at anytime but the maximum withdrawal by any one player is $10,000 per calendar week.
If a player enters any competition then they are subject to the Terms and Conditions surrounding that competition.
The Casino has the right to withhold any prize from a player if the Player's registration details are false or misleading.
The Casino has the right to withhold any prize if there is reason to believe that the result of the game has been affected by an illegal activity.
One account can only win one prize in the same competition.
At any time of a competition players may be required to provide proof of age and address if requested by The Casino . If proof of age or address is not supplied after a formal request by The Casino within 7 days that account may be suspended and the winnings retained until such proof is provided.
The Casino has the right to request identification to verify the player's age and address details. If these details are not received then The Casino has the right to withhold any prize that has been won by the player.
It is a condition of registration and competition that all winning participants consent to the publication of their first name and initial of last name, State, Country, and further information in reference to the type of competition and how they won in various forms of media as requested by The Casino.
In the event that a competition ceases, due to a system failure or any other unforeseen reason the following will occur. The failure will attempt to be remedied prior to the closure of the competition. The competition will continue until the scheduled closing date.
No extension to the closing date will occur. In the event that the situation is unable to be remedied prior to the closing date the last record of the players guest account balances will be the official record and winners will be determined according to that list.
The decisions of The Casino are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Employees of The Casino are not eligible to participate in any such Competitions.
Players are advised to read the terms and conditions associated with each competition. The Casino reserves the right to limit one entry per person in any such competition.The Casino does not warrant or suggest that the Internet betting or any such Trade Lotteries, comply with the legal requirements of any jurisdiction other than that in Costa Rica. Internet users in other jurisdictions must satisfy themselves of and assume full responsibility for the legality of their:
- Placement of Internet bets.
- Depositing funds to their Player's account.
- Receiving funds.
A Player wishing to withdraw funds from their Player's account must advise of the address to which the funds are to be forwarded.
Content on the Site is not to be reproduced or distributed without the prior written consent of The Casino . The Casino owns the copyright of all content on the Site.
The Casino has the right to make changes to the content of the site and all Terms and Conditions contained within this site, without prior warning or notification.
The Casino reserves the right to alter all and any rules and payouts without written notice
While considerable care has been taken in compiling and updating content on the Site, The Casino does not guarantee the accuracy of such content. To the magnitude permitted by law The Casino excludes all warranties in relation to the content and is not liable for any damage, loss, cost or expense incurred by any person using the Site.
The Casino reserves the right to suspend a player's account indefinitely if any of these Terms or Conditions are breached.
The Casino cannot and does not guarantee that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of viruses, or other codes that may corrupt or have destructive properties. A patron is responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.
The Casino will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damage (including but not limited to damage for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Site including information or transactions provided or downloaded from the Site, or any delay of such information or service even if The Casino or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damage, or any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the service and/or materials or information downloaded through the Site.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
A patron agrees to indemnify The Casino, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of a Player's use of any content on the Site or from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct by yourself or any other person accessing the Site).
The Casino 's failure to enforce strict performance of a provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. The Casino reserves the right to assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice.
Normal Exchange Rules will apply to Players using credit cards to deposit funds into their Player Accounts. The amount charged is dependent on the type of credit card and it's particular dealings with Exchange Rates.
The Casino is a fully legal casino and the casino is based / located in Costa Rica
