Click on one of the states to zoom in, then click on a region to zoom in even more. If you selected a capital city you can usually even select a suburb and zoom in even more. This flash actually loads a different flash file for each state, to keep down on file size (if you are searching for queensland properties, you arent very likely to search the other states). It actually has embeded php actionscript which allows the search function to operate and for the menu on the right to pull results based on what area the flash is viewing.
